Galdi LEGNA Tanz, 15 MIN Raffaella Galdi geb. in Italien, lebt und arbeitet in Berlin als Tänzerin und Choreografin und entwickelt eigene Video Arbeiten. Sie erhielt ihre Tanz-ausbildung an der Ecole de danse Rosella Hightower, Frankreich und an der Rotterdam Dans Academie. 1997 wurde sie Mitglied der belgischen Compagnie Thor, unter der Leitung von Thierry Smits. Seit 1999 arbeitet sie als Tänzerin in Holland, Deutschland, Belgien und Luxemburg u.a. mit Thom Stuart, Sanne van der Put, Tomi Paasonen, Rui Horta, Helge Müsial, Toula Limnaios, Bernard Baumgarten, LaborGras, Christoph Winkler und Andy Deneys. Alexander Sieber wurde in Dresden geboren und studierte Tanz in Berlin und Rotterdam. Er arbeitete u. a. mit Vicente Saez Company (Valencia), Emio Gre-co/ PC Scholten (Amsterdam) und als freier Tänzer in Berlin. Seit seinem 13. Lebensjahr spielt er Schlagzeug und Klavier. Er arbeitete als musikalischer Lei-ter für "Streetcase", sowie in verschiedenen Bands und komponierte für eigene Choreografien. Produktion Das Motto: "Ich gehe raus weil ich drin bin. Ich bin drin weil ich draußen bin". Der Raum als architektonische Struktur ist der Ausgangspunkt für die Entwicklung eines Solos. Der Raum wird durch eine klare Identität be-setzt. Der sich in Bewegung artikulierende Körper im Raum berührt und setzt Punkte. Die Bewegung selbst verändert ihre Farbe durch unterschiedliche Qua-litäten. Raffaella Galdi was born in Italy. She is currently based in Berlin, where she works as a dancer and develops her own choreographic and video work. She received her education in dance education at the Ecole de danse Rosella Hightower, France and at the Rotterdam dans academie. In 1997 she joined the Belgian Companie Thor, headed by Thierry Smits, and made her debut as a professional dancer. After two years she became a freelancer working in Hol-land, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg with choreographers including Thom Stuart, Sanne van der Put, Tomi Paasonen, Rui Horta, Helge Müsial, Toula Limnaios, Bernard Baumgarten, LaborGras, Christoph Winkler and Andy Deneys. Alexander Sieber was born in Dresden and studied dance in Berlin and Rot-terdam. He has worked a.o. with the Vicente Saez Company (Valencia), Emio Greco/ PC Scholten ( Amsterdam) and as a freelancer in Berlin. Since his 13th birthday he has been playing drums and piano. He is also the musical director of "Streetcase", as well as active in various bands and as composer for his own choreographies. Production The motto: "I move out because I am inside. I am inside because I moved out". The use of space as an architectural structure is the starting point for the development of the solo. The idea is to inhabit space with a clear iden-tity. There are points which are touched and occupied by the moving body in space, expressing itself though movements.
